Recently released from Fast Forward Press is the second volume of Fast Forward: A Collection of Flash Fiction. Between the covers you’ll find some of the best writing under 1000 words published anywhere in 2009. This collection has sixty-two pieces of writing that vary between between light and dark humor to more serious matters, along with selections that don’t fit any single theme, but truly embody the flash fiction genre. Some of the best practicioners of the art can be found in this volume, including: Jack Collom, Bobbie Louise Hawkins, Linh Dinh, Barbara Henning, and our own Monkey-in-Chief, Nate Jordon. It’s an exciting collection of work and we hope you check it out and purchase a copy!
